Gad-Jets, Inc., a family-owned company, was founded in 1941 and today manufactures and distributes:

• Hydraulic and Pneumatic components for the Defense, Aerospace, Transportation, Steel, Construction and other industries.
• Fastening Systems and components for load management and apparel fastening primarily for Defense and Aerospace applications.
• Medical and Scientific parts, primarily for the dental industry.

Gad-Jets Inc. was founded by Harold G. Wyse., a Dayton, Ohio engineer and visionary who invented most of the products his company manufactures and sells.  Today, Adryanna Sutherland, the granddaughter of Harold Wyse owns and runs the company, with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction of the same high standards that Harold instilled in his workers over 60 years ago. Gad-Jets Inc has four primary product lines:

• the Hydro-Wype™ hydraulic scraper ring
• the Laminair™ pneumatic silencer nozzle
• the Harley Buckle™ ejection clasp
• the Cinch-clamp™ apparel fastener

Additionally, Gad-Jets Inc. provides parts and repair service for existing installed products including the:

• Hygenic ULTRAFIL™ Low-temperature Dental Injection Filling Portable Heater System.
• NI-LECTRA™ Nitrogen Generator system.

Gad-Jets Inc. is presently organized into three divisions: the Hydraulics and Pneumatics Division, the Fastening Systems Division and the Medical and Scientific Components Division. The latter, Medical and Scientific Components Division has mainly existed in recent years to service and maintain existing field-installed equipment previously sold by Gad-Jets Inc and its agents. Today, a new emphasis is being placed on medical research and development, and a newly named Medical Systems Division will be launched later in 2003 to bring to market important new products and services designed to significantly enhance the performance of inhaled medicine dispensing.
